AUMA is a language learning application designed to teach the AUMA constructed language. The app provides:
You may use AUMA without creating an account, but some features (like cloud sync) require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Free Content: Lessons 1-5 are available free of charge.
Premium Subscription: Access to all 30 lessons and premium features requires a paid subscription at $11.00/month.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your App Store account.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

All content in AUMA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the AUMA language vocabulary and grammar, and software, is the property of AUMA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
AUMA includes AI-powered features for language assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. The AI assistant is meant to supplement, not replace, the structured lessons.
AUMA offers community features including leaderboards, practice partners, and voice messaging. When using these features, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove users who violate these community guidelines.
AUMA offers a referral program where premium members can earn bonuses when friends they refer become premium subscribers. This is a single-level referral program (you only earn bonuses from direct referrals, not from referrals of referrals). Bonus amounts and terms may change at our discretion.
AUMA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any learning outcomes or fluency levels achieved through use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
